Hunt the Beautiful Newfoundland for Caribou. We run near 100% opportunity o this hunt.We have one tag Available. It’s a 6 day hunt and includes meals, lodging, 1x1 guide and tags are included. Airport pick up and drop off can be provided at no cost!! We use the Beaver Bush planes to travel to hunt destination and is included in the price. Hunt will take place out of small cottages and has electricity and running water. We are in the middle of the wilderness. It’s a breathtaking experience. A moose or black bear can be added for an additional fee.   Nearest airport is Deer Lake , Newfoundland. 

We would like to take you on your black bear hunt of a lifetime. Our hunting area encompasses a large section of Northeastern Alberta boreal forest and lake land. Fort McMurray acts as our hub when traveling to our camp. Once you have arrived in Fort McMurray, it is a 1 1⁄2 hrs drive to basecamp. Pick up from Fort McMurray airport is provided and we will then pick up hunting licenses and proceed to camp. Upon arrival you will be able to get settled into our comfortable outfitter’s tents, equipped with cots, foamies and a wood stove. There will be a communal cook tent where breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served.

Hunts include 3 days of lodging and access to private farms and 3 days of hunting.This area offers ideal habitat with a nearly perfect ratio of old growth timber and smaller crop fields, low hunting pressure, lack of predators, and an abundance of food.  A good bird will weigh between 18-24 pounds and have 10-12 inch beards. Our hunters typically have a 95% harvest rate, meaning the overwhelming majority of them go home with a trophy gobbler and memories of a lifetime. We do have nice fully furnished cabins that are available and located on some of the properties.
